Railroad to Kasprowy Wierch
Railroad leading to Kasprowy Wierch is the only high mountain cableway in Poland. It connects Kuźnice in Zakopane with the peak of Kasprowy - the nearly 4.3 km long route takes just around ten minutes. The railroad operates all year round. Each of its carriages holds between 30 and 60 people. During the trip by train, passengers can admire the Tatra nature through panoramic windows - picturesque pastures, forests, ridges and mountain peaks. With a bit of luck you can also spot the inhabitants of the Tatra National Park - chamois and bears.
